FREE SHIPPING is available in all major towns and cities depending on if volunteers are available in that area – where we dont have volunteers there is paid delivery, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.


You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

 You need to notify us by email at tdp@onenationuk.org or by letter of your wish to cancel your order within this time period quoting your order number and the reason for cancelling your order.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.  We recommend the use of a tracked delivery service. 

On receipt of the order we will refund you minus any postage and packing costs or return charges. 

 Please note will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken


Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation and receipt of returned order. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow upto 30 days for this
