FREE SHIPPING is available in all major towns and cities depending on if volunteers are available in that area – where we dont have volunteers there is paid delivery, delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TheDateProject.org, we value your support and aim to provide the best experience when you purchase our products. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and any associated fees apply.
- Cancellation of Orders
Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations must adhere to the following conditions:
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 working days after confirmation of cancellation. If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover the costs incurred.
- Cancellation Fees
A reasonable fee may be deducted to cover preparation, packaging, and administrative expenses.
The exact fee will be specified at the time of cancellation, based on the status of the order.
- Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
If the product is non-perishable and cancellation occurs after dispatch, a refund (minus the cancellation fee) may be issued upon the return of the unopened product in its original condition.
- Exemptions
No cancellations or refunds are permitted for orders involving customizations or special requests.
Perishable items are exempt from refunds unless the product is found to be defective upon receipt.
- Reporting Issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team at refunds@thedateproject.org within 24 hours of delivery.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow upto 30 days for this
