The purchase of each Dates for Palestine tin will provide a minimum of 500 litres of clean and safe drinking water in Gaza.
SKT welfare operate 2 water desalination plans within Gaza which pump out approximately 170,000 litres of clean drinking water each day.
The Dates for Palestine project wholly funds the operation of these plants and also will enable a 3rd plant to be built in the near future.
